I’m very excited to present a whole new aray of talented actor singers on March 24th and thanks to my exposure on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the showcase is SRO. Working with Kris was an absolute delight. She is smart, brave, lovely and beautiful

I will announce new workshops in the next two weeks . For now, I am finishing the script of our new musical “SING!”  and will keep you posted on all things exciting with this beautiful, original new musical.

The other news of the week is that I have finished the first draft of the script for the 1930’smuscial AL THAT SWING composed by Alexander Gershman.

I am also halfway through  ACT 2 of writing the book for a contemporary new musical called SING!  (A Chorus Line meets the VOICE! )  I am thrilled with the score, composed by ten Top 40 composers — It is toe tapping, hip hopping, R&B, POP, Country and jazz oriented.   Broadway has never seen this before. And the audience will participate in this interactive musical. !!

Sunday night, January 26th, I’ll be seen on Keeping Up With The Kardashians coaching Kris Jenner on some pieces from “CHICAGO.” Working with Kris was an absolute delight. She is a warm. lovely, smart woman – loads of fun to work with.

Monday night, January 27th, I begin my new winter Musical Theatre Workshop with a sensational group of talented actor/singers.

I’ve finished the first draft of a new musical “ALL THAT SWING” with music by Alex Gershmannd working on the second act of another musical “SING!” with Franne Golde developing the score with multiple composers – to be produced by Steve Binder.

I’m liking 2014!

I am thrilled to begin 2014 with  my favorite thing I do every year:  my MUSICAL THEATRE WORKSHOP with Industry Showcase.

VISITING NEW YORK WAS  SPECTACULAR!  IT WAS GREAT TO SEE MY FREIND ANDREA MARTIN, SO BRILLIANT IN “PIPPIN”, MICHAEL URIE, SO BRILLIANT IN “BUYER AND CELLAR”  AND ZACH QUINTO AMAZING IN “GLASS MENAGERIE”.

I ALSO LOVED SINGING AT 54 BELOW WITH THE INIMITABLE SUZIE MOSHER HOSTING.

THE TORONTO WORKSHOP WAS  FUN, MOVING AND MEMORABLE  ESPECIALLY DUE TO MY DEAR FRIEND RACHEL HOFFMAN MAKING HER USUAL MAGIC WITH ALL THOSE WHO ATTENDED.  A TRULY  INSPIRING PERSON AND FRIEND.

ALSO, REMEMBER THE NAME ALEXIS GORDON…  HER TALENT WILL CATAPULT HER TO STARDOM.  MARK MY WORDS.
